Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 2.2-2529 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 2.2-2529. (Expires July 1, 2009) Sunset.

This article shall expire on July 1, 20092010.
