SENATE BILL NO. 1060 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on Rules on February 17, 2009) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Senator Puller) A BILL to amend and reenact § 30-170 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Joint Commission on Health Care.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 30-170 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 30-170. (Effective until July 1, 2010) Sunset.

The provisions of this chapter shall expire on July 1, 20102012.
