RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the House confirm the following nomination by the Speaker of the House of Delegates to the House Ethics Advisory Panel made in accordance with § 30-112 of the Code of Virginia:

The Honorable William Whitney Sweeney, 1930 Royal Oak Drive, Lynchburg, Virginia 24503, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 2009, to succeed himself.
