Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. The Lynchburg Criminal Justice Training Academy is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement to provide training to private correctional personnel employed by the Immigration Centers of America–Farmville, so long as such agreement provides for reimbursement to the Lynchburg Criminal Justice Training Academy for the cost of such training.

2. That an emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
