Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That the Department of Environmental Quality shall, for a period not to exceed 10 years, continue to assign Fauquier County Water and Sanitation Authority/Vint Hill wastewater treatment facility waste load allocations of 8,680 pounds per year of total nitrogen and 868 pounds per year of total phosphorus notwithstanding whether the construction of upgrades is completed on or before December 31, 2010.
