Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the tenth enactment of Chapter 896 of the Acts of Assembly of 2007 is amended and reenacted as follows:

10. That counties [ , cities, and towns ] shall have until July 1, 2011, to amend their comprehensive plans in accordance with the provisions of § 15.2-2223.1 of the Code of Virginia pursuant to this act.
