098347680Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 29.1-307.1 as follows:
§ 29.1-307.1. Special lifetime archery and muzzleloading license; permanently disabled persons.
Any resident who is permanently and totally disabled, as defined in § 58.1-3217, upon payment of a $10 fee, may apply for and receive from the Department a nontransferable license, valid for life, permitting the person to hunt during special archery seasons and special muzzleloading seasons on any property in the Commonwealth according to restrictions and regulations of law.
