Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That beyond those already in effect on June 30, 2008, no additional statutes, regulations, or standards upon which the accreditation of schools or school divisions in the Commonwealth is based, pursuant to § 22.1-253.13:3 of the Code of Virginia, shall be implemented until July 1, 2010, unless such statutes, regulations, or standards are also specifically required by federal code or court action.
