Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Board of the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries shall, within 180 days of enactment, adopt regulations to ensure that any seasons and bag limits for hunting [ , fishing, trapping, or otherwise taking of such wild birds, animals, and fish of deer ] by regulation that apply to Pittsylvania County do so uniformly to the county as a whole and not in part.
