Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That the Board of the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries shall, within 180 days of enactment, adopt regulations to ensure that any seasons and bag limits for hunting, fishing, trapping, or otherwise taking of such wild birds, animals, and fish by regulation that apply to Pittsylvania County do so uniformly to the county as a whole and not in part.
