VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend and reenact Chapter 655 of the Acts of Assembly of 2008, relating to delaying the reversion of property owned by the Virginia Recreational Facilities Authority. [H 1831] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That Chapter 655 of the Acts of Assembly of 2008 is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 1. That the provisions of § 10.1-1618 of the Code of Virginia requiring a reversion of title to real property from the Virginia Recreational Facilities Authority to the Commonwealth, in the event that the Authority ceases to operate a project, shall not be enforceable until July 1, 2009 2010.
