Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1.  The Interstate Route 64 [ bridge over the Jackson River bridges over the Jackson River, at approximately mile marker 19, ] in Alleghany County [ is are ] hereby designated the "Veterans Memorial Bridge."  The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain signs indicating the designation of [ this bridge these bridges ] .  This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to [ this bridge these bridges ] .
