CHAPTER 739 An Act to amend and reenact Chapter 655 of the Acts of Assembly of 2008, relating to delaying the reversion of property owned by the Virginia Recreational Facilities Authority. [H 1831] Approved March 30, 2009

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That Chapter 655 of the Acts of Assembly of 2008 is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 1. That the provisions of in § 10.1-1618 of the Code of Virginia requiring a reversion of title to real property from the Virginia Recreational Facilities Authority to the Commonwealth, in the event that the Authority ceases to operate a project, shall not be enforceable until July 1, 2009 2010.
