CHAPTER 638 An Act to repeal Chapter 17 (§ 33.1-464) of Title 33.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Interstate Public-Private Partnership Compact. [H 1631] Approved March 30, 2009

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That Chapter 17 (§ 33.1-464) of Title 33.1 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
