CHAPTER 482 An Act to amend and reenact § 22.1-291.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to planning time for elementary school teachers. [H 2474] Approved March 27, 2009

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 22.1-291.1 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 22.1-291.1. Planning time for school teachers.

Each school board shall seek to ensure that all elementary school teachers in its employment are provided at least three hours an average of 30 minutes per day during the students' school week as planning time.
