1. Line 137, substitute, after court
strike
the remainder of line 137 and all of lines 138 through 140
insert
shall withhold from public disclosure any identifying personal information contained in a permit application, including but not limited to social security number, address, and phone number, except that such information shall not be withheld from any law-enforcement officer acting in the performance of his official duties. The clerk may, at his discretion, release the names of persons issued concealed handgun permits by the court.
