F. No award from the Fund may be provided for human stem cell research from stem cells directly obtained from human embryos, which entails the death of such embryos, or to an entity that conducts such research; however, research using stem cells other than embryonic stem cells may be funded.
G. No award from the Fund may be provided for research on cells or tissues derived from induced abortions on humans, or to an entity that conducts such research.
