B. If the Department of State Police receives such an order or agreement specified in subsection A, the Department shall notify the chairmen of the House Committee for Courts of Justice, the House Committee on Militia, Police and Public Safety, and the Senate Committee for Courts of Justice, and the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia. The notification shall indicate the date of the order or agreement, the name of the judge issuing the order or approving the agreement, and the criminal history, to the extent available, of the individual subject to the order or agreement.
