HB 6045 Motor vehicle titles; transfer of titles for vehicles brought into State from another state.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Vehicle titles.  Provides that in titling vehicles brought into Virginia from another state, the person applying for a Virginia title for any such vehicle need not present a title issued by the other state if the laws of that other state do not require the vehicle to be titled in that state.
