SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Illegal immigration; memorializing Congress to act. Requests Congress to provide federal agencies with the necessary resources for the enforcement of existing federal immigration laws or, if Congress chooses not to provide those resources, to enact legislation giving states the authority and funding to address the problem of illegal immigration. This resolution has been incorporated into SJR 120 (Colgan).
