SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Uranium Mining.  Establishes a joint subcommittee to study the mining of uranium in the Commonwealth.  The joint subcommittee must review the findings of the study conducted by the National Academy of Sciences that has been authorized and funded in the appropriations act for the 2008-2010 biennium.
