SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Move-over law.  Provides that a motor vehicle approaching a stationary emergency vehicle displaying emergency lights must move to a lane not adjacent to the emergency vehicle regardless of whether the emergency vehicle is in a travel lane.
