SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION:

Bail.  Allows the court as a condition of bond to bar a person who holds an elected constitutional office and who is accused of a felony arising from the performance of his duties from physically returning to his constitutional office.

Bail.  Allows the court as a condition of bond to bar a person who holds an elected constitutional office and who is accused of a felony arising from the performance of his duties from returning to his constitutional office.

Bail.  Allows the court to bar a person who holds an elected office of public trust and who is accused of a felony arising from the performance of his duties from returning to his workplace as a condition of bail.

Bail.  Allows the court to bar a person from returning to a workplace, or temporarily suspend a person from an office of public trust as a condition of bail.
