SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION:
Bail. Allows the court as a condition of bond to bar a person who holds an elected constitutional office and who is accused of a felony arising from the performance of his duties from physically returning to his constitutional office.
