SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Replacing "mentally retarded" with "intellectual disability." Replaces the terms "mentally retarded" and "mental retardation" with the term "intellectual disability" throughout the Code of Virginia. This bill contains a reenactment clause. This bill incorporates SB 687 and is identical to HB 760.
