SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Board of visitors; University of Virginia.  Provides that all appointments made on or after July 1, 2008, to the board of visitors must be for terms of four years that commence on July 1 of the first year of appointment. Such terms expire on June 30 of the year of scheduled expiration, including appointments made before July 1, 2008.  This bill is identical to HB 989 (Bell).
