SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Programs and teachers in regional detention homes, agencies, and institutions. Requires the Board of Education to supervise the program of evaluation, education and training provided to school-age children by the teaching hospital associated with the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Authority. This teaching hospital is added to the list of those education and training programs provided by agencies and institutions that the Board is required to prepare and supervise. This bill contains an emergency clause. This bill is identical to HB 241 (O’Bannon).
