SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Notarial certificates. Provides that the requirement that the notarial certificate wording appear on the same page as the signature being notarized does not apply if the notarial certificate includes the name of each person whose signature is being notarized. This bill incorporates SB 327 and SB 550. Also states that any document executed before July 1, 2008, that does not have the notarial certificate wording on the same page as the signature is valid as long as it is executed properly otherwise.
