SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Encouraging Secretary of Transportation to consider Portsmouth; personal rapid transit. Encourages the Secretary of Transportation, in conducting his study under HJR 603 (2007), to consider recommending Portsmouth as one of the potential cities in which to conduct a pilot program, should it conclude that personal rapid transit is a viable public transportation option in Virginia.
