SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; Online public institution of higher education; report.  Requests that the State Council of Higher Education study the feasibility of establishing an online public institution of higher education. The Council must submit its findings and recommendations to the 2009 Session and its final findings and recommendations to the 2010 Session of the General Assembly.
