SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Vehicle registration fee increase for firefighting and emergency medical services.  Increases the “$4-for-life” fee to $4.25, with the revenues generated by the additional $0.25 to be used for costs associated with the certification and recertification training of emergency medical services personnel.
