SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Driving without a driver's license; penalties. Provides that any person charged with driving without a valid driver's license may be placed under arrest and shall have his fingerprints and photograph taken, provided the court for the jurisdiction has granted prior approval for arrest of a person who violates § 46.2-300. This bill incorporates HB 63 and HB 104.
