SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Soliciting of contributions, distribution of materials, etc., in highway right-of-way. Grants the City of Richmond the same powers granted to Albemarle, Arlington, Greene, and Henrico Counties and the Town of Vienna to regulate soliciting contributions, distribution of materials, etc., in highway rights-of-way. The bill also grants Spotsylvania County the same powers granted to Albemarle and Greene Counties to regulate these same activities.
