Company vehicles of automotive manufacturers.  Provides for specialized registration and titling of company vehicles of automotive manufacturers having a headquarters in the commonwealth.  Company vehicles are defined as vehicles used for sales or service training, headquarters-related purposes, or corporate policies that allow headquarters employees or their family members to use such vehicles.  These vehicles would also be exempt from the motor vehicle sales and use tax.
