SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Registration fees; vehicle equipped for persons with disabilities.  Provides that the registration fee to be charged for the registration of a vehicle specially equipped to accommodate persons with disabilities shall be the weight of the vehicle minus the weight of the special equipment.
