SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Revenue-sharing funds for certain counties.  Eliminates the four-tier allocation system and also eliminates the authority for counties to use proffers for up to one-half of the local government's contribution to revenue-sharing fund projects.  This bill was incorporated into HB 111 (Scott, E.T.).
