SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Antique motor vehicles; registration. Eliminates the requirement that (i) owners of antique vehicles applying for registration of their vehicles with DMV certify that their vehicles meet the safety equipment requirements for the model year in which they were manufactured and (ii) these certifications be notarized.
