SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Onsite soil evaluators; classes.  Provides for the Board for Waterworks and Wastewater Works Operators and Onsite Sewage System Professionals to adopt regulations to include the division of onsite soil evaluators into classes, including one class restricted to the design of conventional onsite sewage systems. This bill is a recommendation of the Virginia Housing Commission.
