SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Off-road motorcycles.  Applies existing limitations on operation of all-terrain vehicles, generally, to off-road motorcycles as well.  The bill also requires retailers selling off-road motorcycles to affix to the motorcycles stickers stating the limitations on their operation.
