SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Eligibility of certain aliens for state and local public benefits. Provides that no state or local funds shall be awarded or otherwise disbursed to any organization when the award or disbursement is made to circumvent the requirement that organizations determine the legal status of applicants before granting assistance. This bill also provides that no organization receiving state or local funds shall use the funds to provide benefits or assistance to persons who are otherwise ineligible for them.
