SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Forfeiture of motor vehicle for three or more offenses of driving without a valid operator's license. Provides that any vehicle driven in the commission of a third or subsequent offense of driving without a valid operator's license shall be subject to forfeiture. This bill incorporates HB 380 and HB 446.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Impoundment of motor vehicle for three or more offenses of driving without a valid operator's license. Provides that any vehicle driven in the commission of a third or subsequent offense of driving without a valid operator's license shall be subject to impoundment under § 46.2-301.1.
