SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Phosphorus prohibition; dishwashing detergents. Bans the use of phosphorus in detergents for household dishwashing machines. Phosphorus is one of the primary sources of water pollution. The bill contains a delayed effective date of July 1, 2010. This bill was incorporated into HB233 (Delegate Cosgrove).
