SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Taxes and license fees imposed by counties, cities, and towns; local licenses. Provides that local licenses may be issued free of charge to vehicles with a gross weight exceeding 10,000 pounds owned by museums officially designated by the Commonwealth.
