SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Child restraints; penalties. Provides escalating penalties for repeat violators of the child restraint law. First time offenders will still be subject to the current civil penalty of $50, but those convicted of second or subsequent violations on different dates will be subject to a civil penalty of up to $500.
