SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Institutions of higher education; enrollment of aliens. Provides that any alien must present legal documentation of residence or educational status to be eligible for initial enrollment in any public institution of higher education in Virginia.  This bill was incorporated into HB 14 (Peace).
