SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Charter; City of Emporia.  Provides that the city council may set the membership of the Emporia Redevelopment and Housing Authority.  The city council may appoint a council member as a commissioner of the Emporia Redevelopment and Housing Authority.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Charter; City of Emporia.  Allows the city council to appoint members of council, not to comprise a majority, to the Emporia Redevelopment and Housing Authority.
