SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Civil remedial fees imposed on certain drivers.  Repeals § 46.2-206.1 of the Code of Virginia, which provided for imposition of civil remedial fees on certain drivers.  The bill further provides for refunds of any fees paid, with interest.
