SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Voter registration lists; access to date of birth information.  Provides that the day and month of birth of a registered voter shall not be shown on the pollbook or any registration list or absentee voter records available to the public.  Only the year of birth of the voter shall be shown.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Voter registration lists; access to date of birth information.  Provides that any voter registration list available to the public or furnished by the State Board shall not contain the month and date of birth, or any part thereof, of any registered voter. The bill further provides, however, that the voter registration list shall contain the age, expressed in years, of the registered voter determined as of the date of the creation of the list by the State Board.
