SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Board for Contractors; elevator mechanics.  Authorizes the Board for Contractors to issue temporary certifications to elevator mechanics in the event of a shortage of elevator mechanics where a licensed contractor demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Board that there is such a shortage. The bill contains technical amendments.
