RESOLVED by the Senate, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected to the Court of Appeals of Virginia as follows:

The Honorable LeRoy F. Millette, Jr., of Manassas, as a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia for a term of eight years commencing February 1, 2008.
