RESOLVED by the Senate, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected to the Supreme Court of Virginia as follows:

The Honorable S. Bernard Goodwyn, of Chesapeake, as a justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia for a term of twelve years commencing February 1, 2008.
